Andrew and his team went above and beyond. They replaced a second floor deck and added a Trex waterproofing system to create a dry area below off the master. We were also confronted with some major drainage issues as a result of a previous addition to the house. They added a diverted and a couple custom gutters that got the water flowing where we need it and straightened out our issues. They checked back during rainy days to confirm all was functioning properly and made sure (cared) that it was done right – you donâ t always get that these days. I highly recommend Spartina.
